CHARLOTTE -- Things are coming together for the Charlotte Independence, the expansion team of USL pro soccer.
The team unveiled its logo, jerseys and colors to the public Wednesday in uptown Charlotte.
Fans were already dressed in the team's blue and tan.
Coach Mike Jeffries said fans can expect some exciting matches.
"I think you'll see something very exciting. We'll attack and create chances, and we'll score goals," said Jeffries.
The team's first game is March 27 at UNC Charlotte.
Tickets go on sale March 1.
