Whether it’s a desert pretending to be a meal, or an excuse to have a cocktail before noon, brunch at Haberdish is built around indulgence.  

“What makes a good brunch is having a whole lot of favorite elements,” Brown said. “That just makes it feel comforting to start your day.”

“Bring forward some of those ingredients, flavors, dishes, cooking techniques that were used when [NoDa] was a mill town in the middle of the century,” Brown said. “Bring those forward and modernize them.”
