CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Be ready to stay awhile at Dandelion Market!

“Dinner services tend to be rushed. we tend to do the exact opposite,” Dandelion Market co-owner Maynard Goble said. Dandelion Market keeps the lights low, the setting intimate, and plates small; so folks can share a meal while sharing an evening.

“Being that place to come, hang out, and enjoy dinner with friends,” Goble said. It’s named after an outdoor market in Dublin, Ireland from the '70s where U2 played one of its first gigs.

Charlotte’s Dandelion Market doesn’t specialize in music, but keeps it’s dishes in harmony with the seasons. Recipes change throughout the year to reflect the harvest.

“A lot lighter because you’ve got a lot more fresh vegetables and greens and those things,” Goble said. “Come in, expect a great meal, and stay for the atmosphere.”
