CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Strong flavors, from plate to glass! Heist Brewery crafts a menu to go with its craft beer.
“We try to do things that people are going to enjoy, that go well with beer, and then also have a little fun edginess to them,” Heist Brewery executive chef Caleb Dickerson said.
Heist Brewery unveiled a new menu last week, combining sweet and spicy flavors with traditionally savory pub fare. “I love really strong flavor,” Dickerson said. “Come in and expect just food that goes really well with beer and an atmosphere to match it.”
