CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- It’s an expression for a knockout punch, and for a farmer. Haymaker is a farm-to-table restaurant with knockout flavor.

“I think our food really does explode off the plate because of the hyper freshness of the ingredients,” Haymaker chef and owner William Dissen said.




No matter what you order, don’t expect to get it again. The menu changes nearly weekly.

Using fresh ingredients ends with a fresh dish. “We want to take people on a little culinary seasonal tour and really have them taste the difference in the ingredients we’re using,” Dissen said.
