CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Nothing brings people together like food, and no place transports your taste buds to Italy quite like Aria Tuscan Grill
“Sharing a meal is like sharing a story, sharing an experience,” Aria owner Pierre Bader said.
The Aria experience includes making pasta by hand, daily. They update centuries-old recipes to modern tastes, bringing fine dining at an accessible price, despite the Uptown setting.
“You enjoy [the meals] with an awesome bottle of wine without you going home and saying, ‘What did I just spend?’” Bader said. “Awesome place to celebrate food with friends and family.”
Specialty dish: Pasta al Nero; lump crab, melted leeks, preserved lemon, pickled fresno chili, topped on a bed of linguine, died black with octopus ink.
