Possible changes are coming to the process of buying and selling homes across the country. But local realtors say there will be minimal changes to how things are done in North Carolina.

The National Association of Realtors reached a settlement in an antitrust suit late last week that some believe could end up saving buyers and sellers some money.

Tony Harrington is a realtor and president of the North Carolina Association of Realtors.

Mark Parker is a realtor and former president of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.

They say the settlement won't have much of an impact for North Carolina because most of the changes required by the settlement have been part of North Carolina state law for years.
