It’s Election Day 2023 in North Carolina, and voters across the state are casting their ballots in over 400 local races. This year doesn’t have quite the high-profile races we’ll see next year — but a handful of our state’s biggest cities are voting for their leaders, including Charlotte, Durham and Fayetteville.
