Leaders in Utica are looking to move forward after an Austrian company pulled out of plans to move into a new nanotechnology center there. And they are asking for more local control of the project, which originally was being managed by SUNY Poly. Empire State Development took over after the arrest of then-SUNY Poly President Alain Kaloyeros. But by then, construction was already well behind schedule, with the delays ultimately leading to AMS backing out. Now, officials are trying to figure out how to get things back on track. Joining us to talk more about the situation are the two legislators from Utica, Senator Joe Griffo and Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi.
