Natalie Mooney has been with the Spectrum News Team since 2019, working originally for the team in Rochester, New York.

She’s happy to have traded the snow for the sun and is thrilled to be telling stories from North Carolina’s coastal region.

Her love for storytelling started at a young age and was cemented during her time at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Now, as a passionate reporter, she enjoys being able to do what she loves most: sharing stories and connecting with the community. 

When she’s not working, Natalie can be found exploring the coast via paddleboard, hiking any and all trails, traveling, or spending time with her lovebird, Stevie Nicks.
