The New York State Thruway Authority says all lanes of the Thruway are back open in Western New York after a tanker truck fire on Tuesday.

Troopers say the propane truck caught fire in the eastbound lanes near Le Roy, but fire crews arrived quickly and were able to bring it under control.

The Thruway maintenance department had been diverting traffic off of the interstate but all lanes have since reopened. Officials say drivers on the eastbound side should still expect delays.

Police say there were no injuries, but the cause of the fire has not been released.

This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
