If you don't want to wait until Election Day to cast your ballot, you don't have to. Early voting starts Saturday in New York.

Now through Sunday, November 3, voters can head to any polling site in their county to cast their ballot.

Your local Board of Elections website has a complete list of polling places and hours.

New York State Attorney General Letitia James is reminding people of their rights as voters.

If your name does not appear on the list of voters at your polling place and you believe you are at the right place, you have the right to submit an affidavit ballot.

And if you witness any voter intimidation, you're asked to contact local law enforcement and the state AG's office.
