The city of Canandaigua says an error led to incorrect amounts being printed on the 2025 Ontario County tax bills.

Officials say the amount listed on the bottom of residents' payment stubs is not accurate and a corrected bill will be mailed out as soon as possible.

According to the city, the correct and full tax amount is listed correctly in the middle section of the bill.

Full payments are due by Jan. 31.
