Two tornadoes touched down in parts of Central Texas this morning.

The National Weather Service confirmed a tornado in San Antonio and in Caldwell County in the Greater Austin area.

Parts of Austin and San Antonio have been under the threat of severe weather since Wednesday night.

Multiple Flash Flood Watches and Warnings are in effect across the region for heavy rain and localized flooding.

The NWS will survey both areas to determine the damage and the tornado rating.
