AUSTIN, Texas — In preparation to enter the SEC for the 2024 season, The University of Texas at Austin has announced their annual Orange-White game on April 20 at Darrell K Royal Stadium.
Coming off their recent Big 12 title win and made it to the College Football Playoffs, this spring game will set the tone for the 2024 season.
Ahead of next season, Quinn Ewers announced he will be returning as the quarterback for the Longhorns and not enter the NFL draft at this time. With Ewers at the helm, Texas had their best season since 2009, achieving a 12-2 record.
Although the kick-off time has not been set, attending the game is free and offers a sneak peek of the 2024 team before their first match against Colorado State on Aug. 31.
During the "Made in Austin Weekend" from April 19-21, the spring-ending scrimmage takes center stage, along with a home baseball series against TCU, live music, specialty food and drinks and art installations.
