Gov. Tim Walz to be in Dallas on Monday for private fundraiser

DALLAS — On Monday, Gov. Tim Walz will travel to Dallas to speak at a private fundraiser for the Harris Victory Fund.

Walz will visit Texas, Nevada and Arizona from Sept. 9 to Sept. 10.

Dori and Russell Budd, Sima Ladjevardian, Jill Louis and Randy Bowman, Regina Montoya and Paul Coggins, Gavin Susman, Sharon and Michael Young, and Sharon Jones Youngblood have organized the Dallas reception for Walz.

Since becoming Vice President Harris’ running mate, this trip marks his first solo travel to the Sun Belt.

Walz’s inaugural fundraising trip to Texas will take place on Monday, the night before the first presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
