AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin City Limits Music Festival is making its annual return to Zilker Park next month, and while singers like Chappell Roan, Chris Stapleton and Dua Lipa will be center stage, the choice of what to eat will be top of mind for hungry music lovers.

What You Need To Know

  • ACL released its full list of food vendors ahead of the festival kickoff next month, and a main theme of the list is, of course, Tex-Mex and tacos

  • A new food area at the festival will be “La Pachanga Eatery,” which has been created by the Taco Mafia–a group of Austin taqueros that have received national attention for their businesses

A new food area at the festival will be “La Pachanga Eatery,” which has been created by the Taco Mafia–a group of Austin taqueros that have received national attention for their businesses.

The restaurants listed as part of “La Pachanga Eatery” include:

  • Con Todo
  • Cuantas Hamburguesas
  • Discada
  • La Santa Barbacha
  • Norte ATX
  • Paprika ATX
  • Vaquero Taquero
  • Veracruz All Natural

Other tacos shops will be sprinkled throughout the festival like Cuantos Tacos, Taco Bronco, Taqueria Los Regios and more.

If you are seeking something other than Tex-Mex, there are plenty of different cuisine options, with examples like The Wurst Place, Tiny Pies and Blenders & Bowls.

For returning festivalgoers, the Barton Springs Beer Hall got a name change and is now the Big Tent. Along with alcohol, food will also now be available from Bambino–a new pizzeria from the makers of L’Oca d’Oro.

Some Austin staples will make their return to the event like Amy’s Ice Creams, The Original Black’s Barbecue, Austin’s Pizza, Juiceland and, a festival favorite, The Mighty Cone.
