DALLAS — With all eyes on women’s basketball recently, the Dallas Wings announced that for the first time, they have sold out their season ticket memberships.

A big part of the recent buzz around women’s basketball comes from Caitlin Clark, who dominated with the Iowa Hawkeyes during her college career, ultimately leading her to becoming the No.1 overall pick in the WNBA’s draft earlier this month.

Clark went to the Indiana Fever, who will play the Dallas Wings in the first preseason game on May 3.

Tickets for the upcoming season went on sale Thursday, and there is now a waitlist for season membership tickets. There is a non-refundable $100 deposit to join the waitlist. Season membership tickets offers benefits including presale access to playoff games and an opportunity to purchase discounted tickets to select regular-season games.

The Dallas Wings picked up three new players from this year’s draft. The Wings selected Jacy Sheldon from Ohio State with the fifth overall selection, Carla Leite from France with the ninth overall pick, and Ashley Owusu of Penn State with the 33rd overall selection.

The Dallas Wings have seen an overall ticket sales revenue increase of 220%, according to the team.
