TEXAS — Missy “Misdemeanor” Elliot is gearing up to go on the road for the Out of This World: The Missy Elliott Experience and making a few stops in Texas along the way.
Joined with singer Ciara, rapper Busta Rhymes and long-time work partner, producer Timbaland, the tour will make stops in Austin, Fort Worth and Houston. The upcoming tour, kicking off this summer, will be the “Work It” rapper’s first solo headlining tour.
The tour’s promotion video, which dropped on Monday, featured Missy, Ciara and Busta Rhymes in a futuristic, sci-fi inspired theme to announce the summer event.
The tour will touch down in Austin on July 18 at the Moody Center before making their way to Houston on July 20 to perform at the Toyota Center. Before taking off from Texas, the tour will stop in Fort Worth on July 21 at the Dickies arena.
Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday, April 11.
