TEXAS — A GoFundMe account has been started by the community leadership representative for Tom Green Elementary following a fatal accident involving a school bus and a concrete truck in Bastrop County.
The kids were returning from a field trip to the Bastrop County Zoo. On board the bus were 44 pre-k students and 11 adults. The accident resulted in the death of two people, a pre-kindergartener boy and an adult male. Around 50 others were injured.
The GoFundMe has a goal of raising $100,000 for the members of the community that have been impacted by this tragedy.
