SAN ANTONIO — It’s your chance to celebrate one of the greatest players to ever lace them up for the Alamo City.

The San Antonio Spurs announced the “Tony Parker Hall of Fame Game” will take place at the Frost Bank Center on Sunday Dec. 17 starting at 2:30 p.m. when the team faces the New Orleans Pelicans. This game will pay homage to Parker’s highly decorated career and celebrate his recent induction into Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame.

This tribute comes as no surprise. Parker’s unique playing style and consistent contributions to each game made a huge impact on the Spurs. During his 17 years with the organization, Parker won four NBA titles and averaged 15.5 points and 5.6 assists per game. He’s been an NBA all-star six times, was named to four All-NBA teams, and was awarded MVP in the 2007 NBA finals.

Attendees have much to look forward to with the giveaways planned by the organization including a free T-shirt sponsored by H-E-B and Frost. The game will showcase highlights of Parker’s career, including photo ops stadium-wide. Also, commemorative Hall of Fame merchandise will be available in the fan shop. Parker will make a special appearance at halftime for his tribute ceremony, which will feature the “re-raising” of his jersey altered to include his Hall of Fame status.

This upcoming “Tony Parker Hall of Fame Game” is one of many promotional games the Spurs Organization will be hosting during the 2023-24 season. More information and the full promotional schedule is available at Spurs.com/Promotions or text PROMOTIONS to 210-444-5050.
