The iconic Queen of Tejano music, Selena Quintanilla, would be 52 years old on Sunday. The late songstress’ soaring career was cut short when she was killed at only 23 years old, but her music and its immense impact continue to live on.

Shortly after her death, then-Gov. George W. Bush declared April 16 Selena Day in the Lone Star State to honor her on her birthday every year. Sunday, there are celebrations for Selena all over the country. Here’s where you can celebrate Selena Day across Texas.

Austin

They’re offering three Selena-inspired cocktails called “Como La Flor,” “La Reina” and “Henny Thing for Selenas.” They’re also serving up their classic Tex-Mex dishes, a perfect pairing with a day devoted to the Tex-Mex superstar.
