NATIONWIDE — One whiff of Elon Musk’s new perfume and the smell of singed hair ends will rush into your nostrils. The perfume, Burnt Hair, is being sold worldwide as Musk introduces his rather laughable, yet very real scent. It’s a product he teased back in September.

According to Reuters, 10,000 bottles of Burnt Hair have been sold — sales peaking at $1 million in just a few hours. It’s priced at $100 per bottle.

Being the world’s richest man, among many other titles he’s claimed under his entrepreneurship, his Twitter bio now describes him as a “perfume salesman.”

“With a name like mine, getting into the fragrance business was inevitable — why did I even fight it for so long!?” Musk jokingly asked on Twitter.

According to Reuters, the Boring Company was last valued at $5.7 billion. In the past, Musk has even sold flamethrowers at $500 apiece, bringing in $10 million in 2018.

The billionaire isn’t short on business opportunities at all. Just last week, Musk went forward with his initial $44-billion bid for Twitter, putting a stop to the lawsuit that would’ve forced him to pay up even if he wanted to back out.
