TEXAS — Texas Beer Company is partnering with H-E-B and Hill Country Conservancy to launch its new charity collaboration through a new beer, Wild Texas Kolsch.

Just in time for Earth Day, which is only a week away, portion of the proceeds of the new beer will go towards Hill Country Conservancy. HCC has preserved more than 14,000 acres of land in Texas and works to protect wildlife habitats and preserve critical water features.

Wild Texas Kolsch is advertised as an easy-drinking, 4.8% alcohol beer that tastes of subtle lemon zest and a combination of German Nobility and Diamant hops. The beer will be available at select neighborhood stores and at bars.

In honor of Earth Day, H-E-B is launching its annual Earth Share donation program, where donations of shoppers will go toward HCC and other environmental charities. Shoppers can add $1, $3 or $5 to their checkout in stores, online or on the H-E-B app.
