AUSTIN, Texas β€” The San Antonio Spurs will play two "home" games this upcoming season at Austin's Moody Center in April, the venue announced.

These two games are part of four special home games the team will host during the 2022-23 NBA season. The team will also play in Mexico City, and will hold a 50th anniversary celebration at the Alamodome in San Antonio.

The Spurs start this special schedule in Mexico City on Dec. 17 playing against the Miami Heat, then they will head to the Alamodome on Jan. 13, to play against the Golden State Warriors, and their special home games end in Austin at the Moody Center on April 6 against the Portland Trailblazers and April 8 against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The rest of their home games will be held at the AT&T Center in San Antonio.

The complete 2022-23 season was announced by the team via twitter. 

Tickets go on sale Sept. 28 at 10 a.m.
