SAN ANTONIO – The 2020 San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo is set for February 6-23, bringing entertainers, livestock, vendors, visitors and more from all across the state of Texas and beyond.

Established in 1949, the rodeo has expanded its range throughout the years, adding attractions like wine tasting, concerts, a wildlife expo and competitions for nearly all ages.

The fairgrounds will take over the area in and around the Freeman Coliseum and the AT&T Center just outside of downtown San Antonio.

 

 

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been every year since you were a kid, there is always something new to experience and enjoy.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Family Fair, Wildlife Expo & Shopping

Sunday to Thursday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Friday to Saturday: 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Carnival

Sunday to Thursday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Friday to Saturday: 10 a.m. – Midnight

Tickets to the rodeo start at $20 and include admission to the PRCA Rodeo, concert performance and admission to the Rodeo Fairgrounds. Admission to just the fairgrounds includes: Adults ($10), Senior Citizens ($5), Child 3-12 ($5), and children under 2 years old are free. There are also special pricing and promotions available at various times during the rodeo.

ATTRACTIONS

  • Animals & Agriculture/Family Entertainment -- Take the kiddos to the petting zoo or create memories with photo opportunities, plus more!
  • Food & Beverages -- Everything from a full food court to a full wine garden and don’t forget about all the traditional carnival eats.

  • Shopping – Need a new pair of cowboy boots? What better place than the rodeo to get them?
  • Texas Wildlife Expo -- Learn more about wildlife native to Texas and about conserving natural resources
  • Special Events – The rodeo will plant roots throughout the city, including the annual Western Heritage Parade to kick it all off

ENTERTAINERS

Bands, country singers, and a ventriloquist are slated for the 2020 rodeo. Each day will bring someone new to the stage. Top performers include Keith Urban, Brad Paisley and ZZ Top. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.
