BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – Members of the Bexar County Clerk’s Office hit the road for the time ever on Friday, in their new “Records on the Run” mobile unit.

 

 

The mobile unit is not only a first for Bexar County but is a first for any county clerk in Texas. It was established by Lucy Adame-Clark, the first Latina and first woman elected as Bexar County Clerk.

As a service to the public, the clerk’s office will be offering its mobile services throughout the City of San Antonio, suburban cities and communities within Bexar County.

The mobile unit services that will be offered are:

  • Record your military discharge record (DD-214)
  • Register and assumed business name/DBA
  • Record original real property records
  • Research real property records
  • Purchase a marriage license
  • Research or register a cattle brand
  • Request certified copies of the following documents: DD-214, assumed business name/DBA, marriage license, real property records
  • Obtain information on: the County Clerk’s GIS foreclosure map and Spanish Archives
