SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are investigating a shooting on the city’s East Side.

According to SAPD, offices were called to the 1100 block of Virginia Boulevard for a shooting in progress. Two teenagers were shooting at each other. They were both taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Alonzo Cantu, 19, died from his injuries.

A third man was spotted leaving the scene in a vehicle.

The investigation is ongoing.
