SAN ANTONIO – Police are looking for a person after they fled the scene of a head-on crash early Saturday morning.
- Vehicles driving opposite ways on Medical Drive
- One vehicle swerved into on-coming traffic
- Victim left in serious condition
According to police, two vehicles were traveling on Medical Drive near Horizon Hill. A pickup truck was heading westbound and a Crown Victoria was heading eastbound. The pickup veered into the eastbound lanes and hit the other vehicle head on.
The victim of the Crown Victoria was pinned in the vehicle and had to be rescued by the jaws-of-life.
He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
The driver of the pickup fled the scene on foot and is still at-large.
