DALLAS — At approximately 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, law enforcement was dispatched to the 1800 block of Commerce Street.

The Dallas Police Department reported that three individuals were shot and have been transported to hospitals with unknown conditions.

Police have blocked off the area in front of the Continental Building.
