DALLAS — Fans of Lana Del Rey have something to stave off the “Summertime Sadness.” The singer-songwriter is going on tour and making two stops in Texas.
The ten-city tour kicks off in Tennessee, followed by a Sept. 17 show in Austin and a Sept. 19 one in Dallas. The tour is to promote her ninth studio album, “Did you know that there’s a tunnel under Ocean Blvd” released in March.
Lana Del Rey has been a fixture in the alternative pop scene for over a decade with hit songs like “Video Games,” “Young and Beautiful” and “West Coast.” She made Rolling Stone’s list of 200 greatest singers of all time, and has been nominated for several awards, including six Grammy Awards and a Golden Globe.
