TEXAS — Not only is everything bigger in Texas, but anyone can be a winner! According to the Texas Lottery, three Houston-area residents and one Austinite recently won $1 million from scratch-off tickets.

NEW CANEY

Just outside of Houston in the New Caney suburb, someone claimed the top prize-winning ticket worth $1 million on Friday. The scratch-off ticket was the game 200x The Cash and was purchased at a convenience store, the Kingwood Mart. The winner has elected to remain anonymous.

HUMBLE

A Humble resident bought their winning ticket at an H-E-B in Houston and has also chosen not to reveal their identity. Winning the big jackpot on the scratch-off game VIP Club, the winner claimed their $1 million on Friday. VIP Club offers more than $192 million in total prizes, according to the Texas Lottery.

AUSTIN

The anonymous Austin winner bought their $1 million winning scratch-off ticket at a 7-11 in Cedar Park. The Millionaire Maker scratch-off was the fifth of 15 top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in this game on Thursday.

HOUSTON

The $1,000,000 Crossword scratch-off game had a top winner in Houston, taking home the $1 million cash prize Thursday. The winning ticket was purchased at a Sunny’s Citgo, a convenience store. The $1,000,000 Crossword offers more than $152.4 million in total prizes.
