TEXAS — If your home suffered damages from the severe storms that swept through Central and North Texas Monday night, the Texas Division of Emergency Management is asking residents to report the property damages via a danger assessment survey.
The data collected in the survey will help officials assess the overall damages that occurred and what resources are available to help.
Damages to the home and the business can be reported on the Individual State of Texas Assessment Tool (iSAT) survey. This information also helps officials see if the state meets requirements for other disaster assistance.
“By providing details through the iSTAT damage survey, Texans can notify emergency management officials about the extent of damage sustained during this severe weather event,” said Texas Emergency Management Chief Nim Kidd. “Texans are encouraged to assist the damage assessment process by uploading photos and including important details about any losses.”

The survey can be filled out in English and Spanish online.
