FORNEY, Texas — There are over 420 H-E-B stores in Texas and Mexico. A new store will soon join its ranks in a Texas town known to be the “Antique Capital of Texas.”

Forney City Council approved land for the new H-E-B store and announced its plan on March 15, 2022.

The future H-E-B store will be located behind the RaceTrac Gas Station and the McDonalds restaurant at the F.M. 548 and F.M. 1641 intersection.

The City of Forney will share more details on the new devolopment later.
