ROUND ROCK, Texas – It’s been a dry year in Central Texas but that is set to change on Thursday, November 12, as an enormous indoor water park will open in Round Rock.
Kalahari Resort Texas is located on more than 350 acres of land on U.S. Highway 79, across from Dell Diamond.
Guests will find 223,000 square feet of water park space as well as three outdoor pools, a salon, spa, and restaurants. The complex also includes nearly 1,000 guest rooms and space for meetings and conventions.
An all-day pass for the water park is $50.99 for those under 42 inches tall and $59.99 for everyone else.
In addition to Round Rock, the company operates resorts in the Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania; Sandusky, Ohio; and Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.
While information concerning social distancing at the facilities wasn’t immediately available, it is suggested you contact the resort via an online submission form if you have concerns.
