AUSTIN, Texas -- Imagine a full view of Lady Bird Lake and downtown Austin. That’s what residents and hotel guests will get at the new Austin Proper building.

The building is the latest addition to the overhanging Austin skyline, and it's guaranteed to bring luxury and relaxation to its residents and guests.

It’s located in the heart of the 2^nd Street District and its sister hotels are currently operating in San Francisco and Santa Monica. Another location is slated to open in downtown Los Angeles soon.

The hotel will feature three world-class restaurants, and internationally renowned designer’s Kelly Wearstler’s locally inspired creativity can be felt throughout the 32-floor building.

The property includes 244 hotel rooms and 97 luxury condos. Amenities include a private pool and lounge, and both guests and residents will have access to the fifth floor pool deck, an outdoor lounge, and a full-service spa and wellness center.  

The Austin Proper will welcome its first residents later in 2019 and is currently 80 percent sold. Opportunities remain, however, with floorplans ranging from one to five bedrooms.
