James Cooke from Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar stopped by the Spectrum News studio to give his recipe for a margarita worth $100.
Fleming’s $100 Margarita Recipe:
- Half ounce of Grand Marnier tequila
- Tequila Ocho
- Fresh lime juice
- Simple syrup
- Give a few shakes
- Strain into custom Baccarat glass
At Fleming’s the drinks will be poured into a custom-etched Baccarat crystal glass that customers can take home with them. The good news is that refills won’t cost $100.
For those who aren’t mixologists, Fleming’s is offering the margarita all month long.
