TEXAS – An admitted serial killer sitting in a Texas prison has released sketches of his victims to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

  • Admitted serial killer confesses to 90 murders
  • Currently being held in a Texas prison
  • FBI hopes to get justice for cold cases

Samuel Little, 78, confessed to 90 homicides spanning from California to Florida between 1970 and 2005, according to the Texas Rangers.

The FBI, The Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance, and the Texas Rangers are working to identify the women in Little’s sketches. Investigators are trying to match his sketches to women who were found dead in several states.

In 2012, Little was arrested on a narcotics charge and extradited to California, where his DNA was matched to three unsolved murders. The homicides from 1987 and 1989 led to charges for three counts of murder. Little was convicted to three consecutive life sentences.

Once he was captured in LA, the FBI found a pattern linking him to more murders. A case in Odessa, Texas, was connected to Little with the help of Texas Rangers. In the spring of 2018 Little was finally willing to talk.

Little admitted to 90 murders, of which 34 were already confirmed by the FBI team. He went into immense detail, drawing pictures of the women he said he killed.

Upon being extradited to Texas, Little continues to be interviewed by investigators to close the numerous cold cases. The FBI’s goal is to identify the victims and provide justice for the unsolved murders.
