AUSTIN, Texas – The University of Texas Dell Medical School is getting a boost to develop better health care.

• Money will go toward Value Institute
• Department offers Master's program in Health Transformation

Houston's Cullen Trust for Higher Education is giving the school $5 million.

It will go to the Value Institute, which is offering a new Master's program in Health Transformation. Dell Medical officials say, right now, America's health care system is backwards and rewards providers for the process rather than results.

They hope their new program can help reverse that.
