AUSTIN, Texas -- Austin-Travis County EMS on Friday evening reported several people were injured in a collision between two Capital Metro buses.
The collision occurred after 6:30 p.m. at 425 S. Pleasant Valley Rd., just south of E. Cesar Chavez St. and the Colorado River.
The agency said four ambulances were called to the scene. The collision involved 14 patients. Six people were transported to Dell Seton Medical Center and three were taken to St. David's Medical Center. Five patients refused transportation.
None of the injuries are life-threatening, Austin-Travis County EMS reported.
