A thermal burn is a type of burn resulting from making contact with heated objects, such as boiling water, steam, hot cooking oil, fire and hot objects.
Shelter and shade for outdoor pets is an ABSOLUTE must. Remember, if it's hot for you, it's hot for them.
ACS says they've been fielding multiple calls a day related to pets being left out in the heat or locked in vehicles.
