AUSTIN, Texas - The latest Nor'easter delivered a whopping two feet of snow to parts of the northeast, some of which fell at a rate of four inches per hour at the peak.

In the above video, Brian Sudol, of Rockaway, New Jersey, captured and shared a fantastic time lapse of the phenomenal event.  As much as 23" of snow accumulated in that part of the Garden State.
