The city is moving to shut down a Staten Island strip club where customers are allegedly getting more than just lap dances.

According to court papers filed on Monday, the city wants the Touch Gentlemen's Club on Victory Boulevard to be shut down for a year.

The lawsuit claims the club has been under investigation since May for alleged acts of prostitution on the property.

The club operates in the same shopping plaza as Victory Gymnastics and Fun Station USA, which is a kid’s amusement center.

"I mean, it should be shut down if it is happening. That's not right to be happening right by. We have camps, we have parties, little kids going in and out all day. It is horrible," said Christina Taranto of Fun Station USA.

Touch was also the scene of two fatal shootings back in February and April of this year.
