AUSTIN, Texas -- The oldest-living, World War II veteran, Richard Overton, is feeling better.
A family member told Spectrum News that he is doing well, responding to treatment and has left the hospital after a week-long stay.
Overton was rushed to the hospital last week for pneumonia.
The 111-year-old Austinite had the same diagnosis in May.
