State police are investigating a fatal head-on crash this weekend in the town of Wallkill.
Troopers say it happened around 10:20 Sunday morning on Route 17M.
They say a car driven by, 30-year-old Dustin Mills of Middletown, was heading eastbound when an SUV driven by, Robinson Perez of New York City, crossed the center line and hit him head-on.
Mills was pronounced dead at the scene.
Perez was taken to Orange Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
State police are asking anyone who may have seen a blue BMW SUV heading Westbound on Route 17 before the crash to contact them at the Middletown Barracks at 845-344-5300.
