Cell phone video has surfaced of an incident outside Schenectady High School's graduation. The graduation was held Friday morning at Proctors.

Police say it all started when a woman attempting to attend the ceremony was told Proctors was at capacity. At that point, police say a previously uninvolved man started cursing, eventually becoming combative. A brief struggle ensued, and he was taken into custody.

Clifton Rock was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and menacing. It's important to note that this video that shows Rock being arrested portrays just part of the incident, and we haven't seen what led up to all this.

Spectrum News has reached out to Schenectady Police about the video. They have yet to respond.
