WIMBERLEY, Texas — It's been two and a half weeks since a fire left one couple without a business and without a home.
The Cypress Creek Cafe was a icon in the heart of Wimberley's downtown.

On Saturday, there will be a benefit concert called "From the Ashes" at the Waters Point, just about a quarter mile down the road from the Cypress Creek Cafe.
This space was donated by the owners who are good friends with Randy and Trish Usselton, owners of the Cypress Creek Cafe,
The music, staging, sound equipment and the food was all donated by locals as well.
Gates open at 10:30 a.m., the Michael James Band is kicking things off at 11 a.m. with a lot of good music all throughout the day. Kim Meeks and Her Bad Habits wrapping things up from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

There will also be silent and live auctions, raffles, t-shirts for sale, and of course, food and drinks.
All proceeds will go to the 54 employees of the cafe who have had to re-adjust and find other jobs since the fire.
The original estimate in damages from the fire department was $750,000.
On top of their home and business, the owners also lost two cats and their dog.
Tickets are $10 in advance; $15 at the door.
