ROUND ROCK, Texas - Round Rock Police say the search is ongoing for a vehicle involved in a crash that killed a father and daughter Saturday at Gattis School Rd. and A.W. Grimes Blvd.

Police are currently searching for the driver of a grabber blue Ford Mustang believed to be a model year from 2010-2013 that may have information pertinent to the investigation of the crash. Above is a picture of a similar vehicle, but not the actual vehicle involved.

"If there is damage, it is going to be on the right passenger side--front the front quarter panel to the rear quarter panel," Sloan said.

The crash happened just before 4 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Gattis School Rd. and A. W. Grimes Blvd.

A memorial of teddy bears, flowers and balloons is growing at the scene.

Round Rock Police said speed was a factor in the incident.

"Racing contributes to a disaster," Sgt. Tom Sloan said. "We saw that [Saturday]. It's a tragedy."

Relatives said that car struck and killed Tyrone and Cheyenne Price, a father and daughter who were walking on the sidewalk. They leave behind Tyrone's wife and two other children.

Police said they're still looking for a driver who left the scene.

"As I usually tell folks when we talk in investigations that every person, when it comes to things like this, their information is like a puzzle piece. And everyone has input that we desire to include in our investigation which helps us make the best decisions as far as the next steps,” said Det. Tim Chancellor, of the Round Rock Police Department.

Relatives are asking the public's help as they plan to remember a father and daughter who were killed in Round Rock.

Police said Tyrone Price, 43, and his daughter, Cheyenne, 12, were struck and killed when the red Mustang collided with a van. Five people were taken to the hospital with injuries; police said Monday all five survivors were in stable condition.

The Price family created a GoFundMe page to help finance the funerals.
