A third member of the Travis County District Attorney’s (DA) office faces a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Police arrested Assistant DA Erika Hansen early Sunday morning after she crashed into a parked car.
Her attorney says despite the "no refusal weekend," Hansen voluntarily submitted both breath and blood samples.
The blood work has not come back from the lab yet, but the breath test was more than twice the legal limit.
A spokesman for the District Attorney's office says they are aware of the arrest, have spoken with Hansen and are looking into the matter.
Two other members of that office have been arrested and charged with drunk driving in the past three years.
DA Rosemary Lehmberg pleaded guilty and served a short jail stint after her arrest in April of 2013.
Assistant DA Brandon Grunewald was arrested for DWI four months later after rear-ending another car.
Lehmberg's office has said in the past that it does not typically fire employees for a first-time DWI offense.
