The Bastrop County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the man they believe shot and killed another man early Thursday morning.
The sheriff’s office has issued a murder warrant for 24-year-old Calton Hayes Weir in the death of 42-year-old Justin Coleman.
The office says Bastrop County dispatch got a call Thursday, April 16, at about 4:30 a.m. from someone who said a man had been found dead in his residence. Witnesses told officials they heard two men fighting and then an exchange of gunfire.
The sheriff’s office’s investigation continues.
